Anything we should know?

I confirm that every person in my group has valid insurance covering boating excursions and the activities they choose to participate in.
Every participant understands the risks of boating and sea activities, participates at their own risk, and agrees to follow the captain’s safety instructions. This does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
I have shared this agreement with every participant and am authorised to accept it for the entire group (including as parent or legal guardian for any minors).
Photography is allowed except offshore during deployment, when no photos or videos may be taken.
Every participant will bring a passport or identification. The captain will photograph the group’s identification for the trip record. Only authorised site managers can access it; photos are deleted 30 days after the trip.
